    What are the insulated performances?

    Insulated stainless steel bottles 260ml, 350ml, 500ml, 600ml, 750ml and 1L keep 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold.
    The 1.5L and 2L stainless steel insulated bottles keep for 16 hours hot and 48 hours cold.

    How to maintain and clean your product?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container with warm soapy water. The use of a brush is recommended. Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Are the bottles leakproof?

    Yes, insulated bottles are leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap. Don't hesitate to check that the seal is present and correctly positioned. If necessary, seals are available for sale as spare parts.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    This product is made in China.

    What are the delivery times?

    Metropolitan FRANCE :
    Home & relay point: 2 to 3 working days (+3 working days if customized).
    Express: 24h to 48h for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday (+3 working days if customized).



    EUROPE :
    Home & relay point: 3 to 4 working days (+3 working days if personalized).
    United Kingdom and Switzerland: a customs clearance delay may be added to the estimated delivery date.



    DROM / DOM TOM :
    Home: 8 to 10 working days (+3 working days if customized).
    A customs clearance delay may be added to the estimated delivery date.

    What are the delivery charges and methods?

    Europe (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland):
    Free delivery for orders over €30

    Delivery methods by country:
    - Pickup points: €4.50 - Free from €30 purchase - Colissimo without signature
    - Home delivery: 6€ - Free from 30€ purchase - Colissimo without signature
    - Express: 15€ - Chronopost with signature

    What are the return conditions?

    Returns are authorized within 30 days of delivery of the order.

    Orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2024 benefit from an extended return period, until January 15, 2025. Outside these dates, the 30-day return period applies.


    Return costs: €5 will be deducted from the refund (per return request) to generate a prepaid label.
    Countries concerned: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg.

    For all other countries/regions, the cost of the return label is borne by the customer.
