OUR “DECORATED IN FRANCE” PROGRAM

HONORING FRENCH KNOW-HOW

Since 2016, we have been collaborating with an engraving and printing workshop in Alsace. This long-term partnership has enabled the customization of 100,000 bottles intended for individuals in 2021 and the customization of 200,000 products to equip companies or other entities since 2019, the date of opening of this "corporate" branch.

Regarding this target, to date, nearly 1,800 companies have used Qwetch product personalization services to engage their structure and employees in the ecological transition. A great proof of the trust placed in us by our customers!

It is therefore natural that we will continue this collaboration in 2022 by launching the “Decorated in France” program. Our Alsatian workshop uses 5 machines that allow decoration via UV printing.

As a company with a mission since June 2022, we are working to locate certain manufacturing stages of our products in France when possible.

400m2 of workshop space is dedicated to customizing our products and 6 full-time employees work on these projects (compared to just 1 person in 2016). We want to contribute to the creation of economic value on French territory (nearly €425,000 have been invested in the machines of the Alsatian workshop since 2016) and imagine, later, the location of other manufacturing stages of our products. (painting of products, manufacture of certain bodies of products in stainless steel, etc.) or the application of this process to other types of containers in the Qwetch range.

IN SEARCH OF A NEW MODEL

We have chosen to drastically reduce the number of collections, (12 collections in Autumn-Winter 2021 compared to 3 in Autumn-Winter 2022), by better adapting our offer to demand and optimizing the use of resources. The goal is to capitalize on our timeless products to achieve a more sober production generating a minimum of stocks.

Several of our bottles benefit from this “Decorated in France” program:

You probably recognize our All Black bottle or even the Matt White which we have dressed with color patterns. The icing on the cake, all the products decorated in France in the Qwetch workshop were made with less than 0.8% scrap, one more step for the brand which continues to commit against waste and for the planet.
