    Our meal packs keep hot food hot for 5 hours and cold food cold for 7 hours. To maximize the life of your isotherm, make sure your container is as full as possible.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product leakproof?

    Yes, this product is 100% leakproof thanks to the silicone seal in the cap.

    Are insulated lunch boxes dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, insulated lunch boxes are neither microwave nor oven-safe. Nor do we recommend putting them in the dishwasher, as this could damage them. To clean, simply use hot soapy water and/or baking soda with a soft sponge.

    Déçue également car le temps de maintien au chaud ne tient pas jusqu’à 5h00, comme indiqué dans la description du produit.
    J’ai fait plusieurs essais en mettant de l’eau chaude dedans avant de mettre le repas mais il n’y a pas de changement.
