Insulated Mugs and Travel Mugs keep drinks cold for 12 hours and hot for 6 hours.

Are insulated mugs waterproof?

Insulated Mugs feature an anti-spill lid with a sliding closure system, to prevent spills when dropped or on the move. However, they are not watertight.
Do not put in a bag, as they may leak.

How to clean Qwetch containers?

On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

What are the return conditions?

Returns are authorized within 30 days of delivery of the order.

Orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2024 benefit from an extended return period, until January 15, 2025. Outside these dates, the 30-day return period applies.

Return costs: €5 will be deducted from the refund (per return request) to generate a prepaid label.
Countries concerned: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg.

For all other countries/regions, the cost of the return label is borne by the customer.

Qualité et beau design

Suis une fan de Qwetch. Au taf j’ai toute la gamme 😂….et je trouvais bien sympa la tasse avec hanse, car je travaille souvent avec mes gants 🧤 grasses et là au moins j’ai une bonne prise. Belle capacité aussi. Cela m’évite d’enlever à chaque fois mes gants pour me resservir mon thé depuis ma Thermos ( Qwetch, bien évidemment 😂 . La qualité est là et le design aussi. Cette pas étanche si n veut mettre dans le sac. Mais perso je l’emmène vide et la rempli sur place . Au moins elle a un couvercle qui m’évite de faire tomber des vis 🔩 ou rondelles dedans….

Rien ne dit qu'il n'est pas étanche ...

J'avais craqué pour ce gobelet et la lunchbox associées, malheureusement, c'était bien pour emporter mon café préféré au travail et ... fuites assurées dès le 1er jour dans mon sac en cuir ! Une grosse déconvenue ... j'ai cherché pour voir dans la boite si il y avait un joint à mettre en dessous pour l'étanchéifier ... mais rien. Je dois mettre un mouchoir avec élastique pour absorber, malgré mes soins, les fuites. Cela ruine l'objet ...

Très bon design

Pas encore le temps de m’en servir mais beau design et bonne prise en main.
