    How to use the filters ?

    The short filter is for long infusions. Put your plants, herbs or fruit directly into the teapot and close with the short filter.
    The long filter is for short tea infusions. Leave your tea to infuse for a few minutes, then place the long filter on its stainless steel cup.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    3 mois, c’est le temps que m’aura tenu l’étanchéité de ce produit. En dehors de sa capacité à garder le chaud qui n’est que de 1 à 2h à cause de son capuchon peu isolé, la théière fuit et ce dès le premier jour.

    À chaque ouverture après l’avoir transporté, vous aurez le droit à des gouttes qui coulent tout autour du capuchon à l’ouverture, de quoi verser de jolies gouttes de thé sur votre chemise blanche ainsi que vos mains, la classe au bureau ! Et si vous continuez de l’utiliser quelques temps, vous risquez un jour de vous retrouver avec vos effets personnels et le sac entier arrosé, ça vous coûtera encore plus cher que la gourde qui n’est déjà pas donnée !

    Tournez vous plutôt vers leur bouteille isotherme qui a l’air plus adaptée pour l'étanchéité.
