    How to use the filters ?

    The short filter is for long infusions. Put your plants, herbs or fruit directly into the teapot and close with the short filter.
    The long filter is for short tea infusions. Leave your tea to infuse for a few minutes, then place the long filter on its stainless steel cup.


    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    Je m'en sers tous les jours depuis un an, elle passe au lave-vaisselle et elle est toujours impeccable. En revanche je ne n'utilise pas le bouchon donc pas d'avis sur son étanchéité. J'ai recommandé un filtre car le fond commence à se décoller, il faut dire aussi que je le bourre de plantes!
    J'en ai offert à mes proches et elles font l'unanimité :)

    très bonne qualité avec les 2 niveaux pour infuser c'est très pratique mais comme pour les autres produits un système avec une "élastique" pour en faciliter le transport serait un plus non négligeable

    Bonjour j ai une théière en verre bambou et j ai un souci de l’eau est passé dans la double paroi avec du savon et des résidus de thé comment faire ? Est ce normal ?
