Returns are authorized within 30 days of delivery of the order.

Orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2024 benefit from an extended return period, until January 15, 2025. Outside these dates, the 30-day return period applies.

Return costs: €5 will be deducted from the refund (per return request) to generate a prepaid label.
Countries concerned: France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg.

For all other countries/regions, the cost of the return label is borne by the customer.
