    How to use
    To get the most out of your Mug, we recommend that you keep these 3 essential steps in mind when using it:

    #1 : Remove the Mug's lid.

    #2 : Pour your favorite beverage into the container up to below the screw thread, without exceeding the filling capacity.

    #3 : Replace the Mug's lid, closing it securely. If your drink exceeds 80°C, leave the lid open for 3 to 4 minutes to allow the drink to cool and avoid any risk of scalding.

    Please note: To avoid splashes and leaks, close the lid tightly and do not shake the product. Transport in an upright position is recommended.

    What is the isothermal performance?

    Insulated Mugs and Travel Mugs keep drinks cold for 12 hours and hot for 6 hours.

    Are insulated mugs waterproof?

    Insulated Mugs feature an anti-spill lid with a sliding closure system, to prevent spillage in the event of sudden movement or during a journey. However, they are not watertight. Do not put in a bag, as they may leak.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    J ai reçu mon mug que j attendais avec impatience, et malheureusement grosse déception le produit n est pas étanche et comme je n'avais aucun doute quant à la performance du mug j ai directement fait un café que j ai mis dedans, tout mes documents ont été mouillés et mon sac abîmé.

    Je viens de l' acheter pour le bureau : fini les tasses de café ou de thé froid qu on oublie de boire chaud.
    Seul bémol, la plaque fournie avec le panier pour le thé : pas pratique du tout à récupérer pour l enlever quand la tasse est pleine....
