    How to use
    To get the most out of your Mug, we recommend that you keep these 3 essential steps in mind when using it:

    #1 : Remove the Mug's lid.

    #2 : Pour your favorite beverage into the container up to below the screw thread, without exceeding the filling capacity.

    #3 : Replace the Mug's lid, closing it securely. If your drink exceeds 80°C, leave the lid open for 3 to 4 minutes to allow the drink to cool and avoid any risk of scalding.

    Please note: To avoid splashes and leaks, close the lid tightly and do not shake the product. Transport in an upright position is recommended.

    What is the isothermal performance?

    Insulated Mugs and Travel Mugs keep drinks cold for 12 hours and hot for 6 hours.

    Are insulated mugs waterproof?

    Insulated Mugs feature an anti-spill lid with a sliding closure system, to prevent spillage in the event of sudden movement or during a journey. However, they are not watertight. Do not put in a bag, as they may leak.

    How to clean Qwetch containers?

    On first use and after each use, wash your container and its cap with warm, soapy water (mild detergent).
    Rinse thoroughly and leave the open container upside down to dry.

    Is the product dishwasher- or microwave-safe?

    No, do not put in microwave or conventional oven.

    Mug tisanière

    J’ai acheté le mug tisanière isotherme pour pouvoir l’emmener partout avec moi. Malheureusement le mug n’est pas étanche, je suis obligée de le tenir droit en permanence. Ça a coulé sur le siège de ma voiture, dans mon sac, même en mettant moins d’eau. Je suis déçue alors que je recherchais un produit de qualité et durable.

    Je suis déçue du mug tisanière, je viens juste de l’acheter 30€ quand même et il n’est même pas étanche !!?.
    Dommage 😏j’aurais préférer que l’on me prévienne avant l’achat.
